S, and legally constituted by a private document of Shareholders ' meeting of October 6, 2011, registered on 27th October 2011 under the number 01523362 of Book IX of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, who exercise provisionally the functions of the Curator of Design and Construction, to the whole concept of the approval and verification of the design of the housing units countryside that is required in the private lots in the WHOLE COUNTRY MONTEVIOLETA.
